All trading fees from November 20 to December 18 will be donated to World Central Kitchen.

We pledge to donate all trading fees for the duration of the World Cup 2022 to World Central Kitchen (https://wck.org/).
World Central Kitchen (WCK) is a not-for-profit organization started by Chef José Andrés. The organization provides fresh meals in response to crises, while working to build resilient food systems with locally led solutions. WCK has served more than 200 million nourishing meals around the world.

Risk Free Bets - Up To $20 Back If You Don’t Win
Participants who bet on any World Cup 2022 match and lose will be eligible for reimbursement of their wager amount, up to $20 USDC.
How to Participate:
- Navigate to Aver Exchange at app.aver.exchange and connect your Solana wallet of choice
- Browse markets and find a World Cup 2022 match that you would like to wager on
- Place your wager and approve ‘sign’ the transaction with your Solana wallet
- Watch the match and root for your squad
- If your wager settles in a loss, use the shareable screen functionality to share your trade via Twitter (tag @averexchange) with the hashtag #FIFAWorldCup
- If you are among the first 500 participants of the promotion and your bet settles in a loss, you will be reimbursed the dollar value of your loss directly to your Solana wallet (up to $20)
Terms and Conditions:
- First 500 participants to wager on a World Cup 2022 match and submit their shareable screens are eligible
- Bet must settle in a loss for reimbursement
- Limit of one reimbursement per natural person
- Reimbursement will be the amount of the wager, up to $20 maximum
- Wager must be matched, no cashing out allowed
- Reimbursement will be issued in USDC issued directly to the Solana wallet that facilitated the transaction after the World Cup Tournament
- Any violation of these rules at Aver’s sole discretion will result in disqualification and all privileges as participant will be terminated.
- Aver reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this promotion.
- Aver reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion.
- Aver may prohibit an entrant from participating in the promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Aver representatives.
- Aver reserves the right to request proof of natural persons if we suspect multiple wallets from the same user.

How To Participate:
Participants who bet during the World Cup 2022 period, November 20 — December 18, are automatically eligible for an opportunity to win a total value of $2,000 in prizes. Bet today for your chance to win!
The more you bet during this period, the higher your chances of winning.
Each $1 matched will count towards 1 “digital raffle ticket” that we will draw from.
We will randomly select a winner based on these raffle tickets after the World Cup period ends and announce them via Twitter (@averexchange).

First prize: $1,000 USDC
Second prize: $750 USDC
Third prize: $250 USDC
